I just want to tell you how pleased I am with the service and deliverables regarding the wrap of my vehicle to promote my business, Mathnasium.  From beginning to end, the process could not have been better:

1) Design philosophy - wrapped vehicles are becoming more common in Tulsa, and I believe a number of them are ineffective for marketing.  This generally happens because an attempt is made to include too much information, leading to a "busy" design.  You described a very logical view regarding how each side of the vehicle is seen and, therefore, how the graphics should be designed.  It is somewhat counter-intuitive that the largest surface (the side of the vehicle) should actually include the least information, but your billboard analogy made perfect sense.

2) Design process - I truly enjoyed the design process.  You welcomed my ideas, but always through the filter of your philosophy.  And even when my ideas were wrong, you were willing to mock them up so I could SEE why they were wrong,

3) Final design - I love it!  It is clean and exciting.

4) Execution - You delivered it materially faster than promised.  And while there was one panel that needed to be redone (the rear window, where the phone number was not as visible as any of us would like), I did not have to bring it to your attention -- you brought it to my attention and indicated you wanted to replace it.

5) Reactions - The car looks beautiful!  I have shown it to numerous friends and neighbors, plus my employees and all have been  very impressed.  They always ask me who did it and I am proud to tell them about 51 Wraps.

6) Results - I have had the car for about a week and a half and have already had 2 leads who have mentioned the card as the primary reason they called.  One of these is a strong lead that will probably result is $2,000 in revenue.

Overall, I could not be more pleased.  When the time comes to replace my wrap, I will use 51 Wraps!
